Refund Eligibility
- You can get a refund within [7 days] of purchase if the plugin:
- Doesn’t work at all (non-functional).
- Doesn’t function as advertised (doesn’t meet the described features).
- Important: Before requesting a refund, you must contact Pluginfinity’s support team for troubleshooting. They might be able to fix the issue and avoid the need for a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
There are some situations where Pluginfinity will not issue refunds:
- Subscription renewals: If you forget to cancel your subscription before the renewal date, you won’t be eligible for a refund. Make sure to cancel before the renewal to avoid unwanted charges.
- Discounted products: Purchases made during sales or promotions with discounts are not eligible for refunds.
- Custom services: Any custom development work or consultation services you purchase from Pluginfinity are not refundable.
How to Request a Refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria (non-functional plugin within the timeframe), follow these steps to request a refund:

- Include your order details in the email (order number, purchase date, etc.).
