Does Pluginfinity offer subscription or one-time payment products?

As of May 15, 2024, our products are no longer available as a one-time purchase.

We’ve transitioned to a subscription model to ensure the longevity and continuous enhancement of our product.

This change allows us to provide our customers with regular updates, dedicated support, and a guarantee that our plugin will always stay current with the latest technology trends and WordPress updates.

How does a subscription license work?

A subscription license provides you with continuous access to our products for one year. Once you subscribe to one of our plans, you’ll have full access to the product support and all its updates and features,

Your subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle (annually) unless you choose to cancel it.

This ensures uninterrupted access to our products. Please remember to keep your payment information up to date to avoid any service disruptions.

In addition to this, different subscription plans offer a different number of licenses validation sites, meaning you can use the product on multiple sites.

Can I request a refund?

Sure! We encourage you to test our products for 30 days, and if you are not happy about it you can contact us and ask for a refund.

How does the support feature work with a subscription license?

When you purchase a subscription license, which lasts for one year, you are automatically provided with one year of premium support. This means that for the entire duration of your subscription, you can avail of our premium support services.

Once the one-year subscription and the corresponding premium support period ends, you will still be able to contact us using the free support channels included with all our products. However, please keep in mind that requests made through free support may take longer to address compared to those handled by premium support.

For continuous access to our premium support services, make sure to renew your subscription annually. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

What are the available payment methods to purchase Pluginfinity’ products?

We currently accept two payment methods:

PayPal: It accepts PayPal payments, and Visa or Master Card credit and debit cards.
Stripe: It accepts all major credit and debit cards.

Can I renew my license my one-time payment license?

Yes, one-time payment licenses can be transitioned to our subscription model. When you initially purchased a one-time payment license, you were granted lifetime updates, so there’s no need to worry about renewing the license to maintain access to updated features.

These one-time payment licenses come with a 6-month period of premium support. If you wish to extend your premium support beyond this 6-month period, you can transition to our new subscription model via the licenses panel in your account.

Transitioning to a subscription license will not only extend your premium support but will provide continuous access to it for the entire duration of your subscription, which is one year. This way, you maintain uninterrupted access to our premium support services while enjoying all the benefits and updates of our products.

How long does the personalized support service last under each subscription license?

Every subscription license includes a personalized support service, which lasts for a period of 12 months. After this initial period, the system is designed to automatically renew your subscription. However, if the subscription fails to renew successfully, please be aware that the premium support service will be put on hold. It will remain in this suspended state until successful renewal of the subscription occurs.

How long will automatic updates be provided under each subscription license?

Each subscription license comes with automatic updates, which are active for the duration of the initial 12-month period. At the end of this period, the system is configured to automatically renew your subscription, which would ensure the continuation of automatic updates. However, in situations where the automatic subscription renewal does not occur successfully, the automatic updates will be paused. They will remain in this suspended state until the subscription renewal process is completed successfully.

What are Pluginfinity’ privacy policies?

Pluginfinity respects global data protection regulations and assumes its responsibility to protect users’ data.

To download the premium version of any Pluginfinity’ products, first, you should complete the buying process on the site.

Your order must be completed before you can access the product files. To verify the status of your order, check out the orders tab on your account page.

Once the order is completed and the payment processed, you will find the file in your dowloads tab on your account page.

Finally, to download the licenses of the products that you’ve bought, please go to the License Tab on your account page.
