1. Updates
- Updates are available to customers with valid licenses according to their license tier.
- Personal licenses grant automatic updates for one site.
- Agency licenses grant automatic updates for up to five sites.
- Developer licenses grant automatic updates for unlimited sites owned by you or your clients.
- Sharing or reselling license keys is strictly prohibited.
- Updates are provided for the license term and are based on the purchase date.
- Expired licenses require renewal to continue receiving updates and support.
2. Delivery
- Upon successful payment, you will receive a purchase confirmation screen with a download link and license key.
- An email containing the download link and license key will be sent to your checkout email address (usually within minutes, but may take up to an hour).
- Contact us if you do not receive the email or encounter download issues.
3. Ownership
- You do not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to our Products.
- All Products are the property of Pluginfinity and are provided “as is” without warranty.
- We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our Products.
4. Re-distribution
- Including Pluginfinity SaaS plugins in themes or plugins for redistribution is prohibited.
- Pluginfinity will not provide updates or support for licenses bundled, re-packaged, re-sold, or re-distributed by original customers.
- This applies to companies/people who distribute WordPress themes and purchase a single Developer license to include the plugin as an “add-on” or resell it as a separate plugin.
- License holders cannot distribute, give away, or resell their license keys. Transfers require contacting us for official transfer to a new owner.
5. Site Content

- Replicating site content requires advanced authorization.
- Content from this site cannot be used for commercial or non-commercial purposes without our written consent.
6. Support
- Technical support and software upgrades are provided electronically (automatic updates or email) to customers with active licenses.
- Support and upgrades are provided according to the license type purchased.
- We assist with installation issues, bug fixes, and light modifications. Major modifications requiring custom code or extensive CSS are beyond the support scope.
- We do not offer phone support.
- Support and automatic updates are provided for the license term based on the purchase date. Expired licenses require renewal for continued support and updates.
7. Refund Policy
- We strive for customer satisfaction and ensure our Products function correctly in your website environment.
- If you encounter any issues or have concerns, contact us by replying to your purchase confirmation email or using the support page form.
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for any irresolvable issues or dissatisfaction with a product. After 30 days, no refunds are available.
- Refund requests require contacting us with the reason for requesting a refund. Explanations for dissatisfaction are appreciated to help us improve our products.
8. Your Profile Information and Account
- We may send occasional email notifications related to your product license, including expiration notices, important information, or other purchase-related emails.
- You agree to receive all required notices electronically to the provided email address. It is your responsibility to update or change your email address as needed.
- By providing your phone number, you agree to allow us to contact you regarding billing notices and inquiries (including payment issues, discrepancies, declined/failed payments, and expired payment methods). It is your responsibility to update or change your phone number as needed.
9. License Renewal
- After the initial purchase, annual billing will occur to renew your product license key and maintain access to plugin updates and support.
- You can cancel at any time and will still have access to updates and support until the end of the billing cycle.
- After the billing cycle ends, you can continue using the plugin but will lose access to updates and technical support.
10. Price Changes

- You are not entitled to a refund for the price difference between the time you purchased the product and any subsequent price reduction.
